The US president Barka Obama has arrived on ceremony of delivery of diplomas to graduates of the Russian Economic School. The American president has acted in Gostini dvor with a keynote speech in which has mentioned the main moments of mutual relations of two powers, and has handed over the diploma to the best student of the Russian Economic school. The input on ceremony which has passed on July, 7th, 2009, was carried out strictly under invitations, in Gostini dvor. In a hall has gathered more thousand persons, among which students, graduates, the faculty and employees NES, and also the invited persons. Despite gravity of official event and strict splendor of a hall, solemn friendly atmosphere reigned.
